The Cigna Group MEA Rewards Lead in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

The Compensation and Benefits Advisor will be supporting the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region and report into the Head of Rewards for International Health. Candidate will also partner with Global Rewards, Human Resources Business Partners and Leadership Teams based across the thirty countries global footprint. The role requires the ability to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders both internal and external, across a complex and dynamic business environment.

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Play a key role in the overseeing, reinforcing, and educating of company reward practices and programs with International Health HR colleagues and Business Leaders

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and HRBP teams to assess job evaluations, manage role mapping alignment, and develop competitive offer recommendations

  • Complete annual compensation and benefits surveys for all markets in the Middle East and Africa, where Cigna has its footprint

  • Review of market range pricing, salary structures, benefits programming, external benchmark, and employee data analysis

  • Support the company-wide annual compensation planning cycle and partner with Global Rewards Team and project team (testing, communications, support to HRBP and etc.)

  • Support annual/periodic review of benefits programs and partner with the regional HR Operations team on benefits administration

  • Support year-round wellbeing campaigns while partnering with the Global Wellbeing and IH Communications team to engage with employees

  • Support year-round recognition programs and partner with HRBPs to drive a culture and behaviour of recognition amongst the leadership teams

  • Support on compensation related requests, including role evaluation and salary reviews, maintaining the integrity of career architecture and salary planning framework

  • Lead and conduct in-depth analysis and/or cost modelling of reward-related data as required

  • Can navigate Workday and manage self-service transactions (I.e., offer approvals, compensation changes, and etc.) according to Rewards governance framework

  • Partner with Service Centre in managing corrections/changes in Workday

  • Partner with broader team on continuous improvement and process automation, enhancing HRIS integration and system utilization

Skills and Experience:

  • Agile thinking and adaptable to manage multi-project activities, and demanding timescales

  • Experience of international compensation and/or benefits, ideally across the MEA region

  • Experience with market compensation surveys (WTW, Mercer, Korn Ferry and etc.)

  • Proficient IT skills, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge

  • Experience of HRIS integration, transaction, and reporting

  • Workday Experience

  • High proficiency in English

  • Must be detail-oriented with strong, solution driven analytical skills
