The Cigna Group Lead Tableau Developer in Bangalore, India
Solution Capability:
Design and devise quick solutions for small to complex business challenges, leveraging existing tools/ capabilities with sustainable solutions.
Comfortable building sustainable yet tactical solutions in spite of lack of enterprise solutions with while working with technology for “end state” solutions
Maintain existing home grown tools.
Project / Team Management
Identify scope, avoid scope creep, provide estimations, adherence to estimation, communication around progress, delivery with quality checks in place, communication to stakeholders, lessons learned – apply to next deliverable.
Ability to lead a team to their fullest potential
Work with PO’s to have projects prioritized based on business priority
Business:
Knowledge/ prior experience of Health Insurance strongly preferred with demonstrated experience in driving /MIS and improvements while working directly with internal and external customers
Ability to develop quick solutions and support existing in house tool sets
Ability to communicate clearly to stakeholders and manage expectations both for customers and team members
Cross Functional:
Knowledge/ prior experience of data visualization, Health Insurance.
Senior leadership communication skills.
Adaptability, multitasking without impacting quality, ability to handle pressure, changing priorities.
Tools:
Expert in Tableau – 5 years
Expert in advanced Excel Macro / Access and other MS office suites – 4 to 5 years.
Expert in SQL or any other RDBMS technology: 4 years.
Exposure to cloud technology
Exposure/ knowledge of additional BI & Analytics tools: Cognos/ Business Objects/QlikView
Education: Bachelors with 8 years of work experience or Masters with total 6 years of work experience.
