The Cigna Group Sales Administration Analyst - CuraScript SD - in Bloomfield, Connecticut

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Administration Analyst is responsible for ensuring clients receive superior service. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for the day-to-day care of managing customer needs while collaborating with other internal departments in resolving daily service issues. The Support Representative will apply standard techniques while taking calls, keying orders, and submitting maintenance requests for accounts. The sales support rep will work very close with the Sales Account managers to ensure all requests are submitted and completed accurately.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Answer incoming calls pertaining to but not limited to: Orders, new accounts, and account maintenance

  • Independently resolve customer conflicts including but not limited to: Tracking of product, order placement, eligibility, standing orders, contract administration, credit requests and returns

  • Effectively collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues, including the sales, credit, and distribution center departments as needed

  • Multi-task between several tasks at one time

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma with 2 to 3 years customer service experience or a 4 year degree

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

  • Intermediate knowledge of ecommerce platforms; Preferred

  • Excellent and confident phone presentation and communication skills

  • Collaborative mind set and understanding of how to collaborate with a team and other internal departments

  • Multitasking, self-starting individual with a NOW attitude

  • Proven Strong analytical and problem solving skills, strongly preferred

  • Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule between 8:30am to 7pm est.

  • Can work remotely if needed

  • This role requires some travel

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 25 - 38 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
