The Cigna Group Business Analytics Advisor- Hybrid in Franklin, Tennessee
The job profile for this position is Business Analytics Advisor, which is a Band 4 Senior Contributor Career Track Role with eviCore healthcare MSI, Inc.
Responsibilities-
Work with business users to drive implementation of IT solutions leveraging advanced analytics tools.
Architect and develop frameworks to identify and develop technologies and platforms in advanced analytics.
Develop data pipelines to extract, process, transform, and load data from various source systems into the data lake.
Engineer data structure of inbound data for analytical projects.
Design and create reports dashboards.
Administer, manipulate, and transform necessary data to support clinical product research.
Communicate with stakeholders and business partners on requirements and timelines.
Create and edit documentation for projects from initiation to delivery.
Perform testing and quality assurance per use case before delivery. Follow software development lifecycle (SDLC) guidelines.
Architect, design, and implement features and enhancements as needed by the business.
Perform analysis and improve performance and throughput of systems.
Identify bottlenecks and problems and develop strategies to resolve them. Identify and implement solutions for automated monitoring of systems.
Make improvements to applications so they require less manual intervention and facilitate automated monitoring and correcting problems.
Perform system maintenance and application deployments.

Qualifications-
Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computers or engineering plus five years of experience as a solution architect, technical lead, or closely related development position or a master’s or foreign equivalent degree in computers or engineering plus three years of experience as a solution architect, technical lead, or closely related development position. Must have experience with: HDFS, Microsoft (MS) Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Data Bricks, PGAdmin, MS SQL Server, SAS, SSIS, and MS Office.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
