customer interaction. + liaising with supervisors, team leaders, operatives and thirdparties to gather information and resolve issues; + maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and involvement in networks; + handling the most complex customer complaints or enquiries; + To track & ensure closure of complaints. + To effectively manage Contact Center operations for constant performance achievements. + Interface with IT/HR/ Training/Quality. + Collate data & generate MIS report. + Adhere to call center SLAs + Manage Email TAT adherence + Manage multiple vendors + Other activities as assigned

Qualifications:

Graduate compulsory
