The experienced Customer Service Senior Rep provides critical service to key business associates, providing the utmost customer-focused assistance, and is a vital partner on our team.

Delivers specific delegated Customer Service tasks assigned by a supervisor.

Receives requests by mail, telephone, or in person regarding insurance claims/policies.

Responds to inquiries from policy holders, providers and/or others for information and assistance.

Performs research to respond to inquiries and interprets policy provisions to determine most effective response.

Mails or routes claim forms and supporting documentation to various units for final processing. Position typically requires excellent interpersonal skills, ability to understand and interpret policy provisions.

Independently responds to inquiries, grievances or complaints of moderate to substantial complexity.

Completes day-to-day tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members.

Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues.

Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members.

What we expect from you:

⦁ At least 2 or more years of prior Call Center or Customer Service experience.

⦁ At least 1 or more years of data entry experience

⦁ At least a High School Diploma or equivalent required

⦁ Strong oral & written communication skills.

⦁ Strong data entry, typing skills and proficiency in the use of a PC, including use of multiple applications simultaneously.

⦁ Capacity to work in a production and quality environment to meet required standards.

⦁ Ability to succeed within a team environment.

⦁ Being able to sit or work in one specific area for your entire work shift.

⦁ Bilingual Spanish / English

⦁ Demonstrated high-level communication skills by expressing thoughts and information clearly and succinctly using proper business English and correct grammar.

This role is based in Warrendale PA or Memphis TN and work from home is not an option.
