Cigna Client Benefit Rebates Lead Analyst (Express Scripts) in Morris Plains, New Jersey

POSITION SUMMARY

The Client Benefit Rebates Lead Analyst supports the Senior Manager and Senior Analyst in continued review of additions, changes or deletions to client clinical rules and determination of their impact on client rebate eligibility. As a Client Benefit Rebates Lead Analyst, you will be responsible for establishing queries to gather data from appropriate resources for analysis.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Continuously interrogate rules system database for additions, changes or deletions to client clinical rules with impacts to rebate eligible products.

  • Work with manager when new rules are identified to determine appropriate interpretation of the clinical rule impact on rebates

  • Interpret contract changes to determine impact to rebates, and to present to the team for review of impact to clients

  • Responsible for monitoring reports and proactively perform analyses and report findings to internal/external clients.

  • Other duties as deemed essential by business to support rebates optimization process

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 years relative work experience, OR 0-2 years of experience with Master's Degree, OR 6-8 years of experience with no Bachelor's Degree.

  • Advanced Analytical and Strategic Thinking skills, Highly Organized, and Self-Motivated.

  • Analytical and detail-oriented in all work activities.

  • Able to handle and prioritize multiple projects or tasks at a time.

  • Able to solve complex problems.

  • Able to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access is a plus.

This role is Flex/WFH which allows most work to be performed at home or on occasion at a Cigna office location. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.
