Talent Acquisition

·Focus on hiring quality resources within the stipulated timeline and ensure 100% manpower capacity is maintained at branch locations

·Build a good sourcing mix which is cost efficient and helps the organisation to attract ‘Best in Class’ Talent

·Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.

·Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.

  • Manage the Internal recruitment process

·Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.

·Proactively plan for recruitments and pipeline basis the Manpower Plan

·Maintain the hiring costs as per budget

·Track and maintain the cost per hire

·Publish Recruitment metrics to business on an ongoing basis to track hiring progress
