National Accounts Business Readiness Manager Position Description

The National Accounts Business Readiness Manager partners with critical stakeholders (business leaders, HR Generalists, Centers of Excellence, outside consultants) to enable our field team to execute on the national accounts enterprise business strategies through the creation, application, and maximization of tools, processes, talent development strategies and learning solutions. Specific responsibilities include:

Providing Business readiness consulting services to National Accounts business leaders through collaboration with leaders, HRG’s, COE’s, subject matter experts and thought leaders to develop a unified and holistic approach to business readiness in the National Segment.

Partner on the creation of a business readiness strategy and execution plan in alignment with the business strategy – ensuring process/tools and learning solutions are aligned with the optimal performance of the team.

Diagnosing root cause performance, process, and knowledge gaps via ongoing consulting / needs assessment and day to day interaction with the field team.

Identify efficiencies, collaboration opportunities, and strategic opportunities to improve overall effectiveness of the team.

Ensuring effective application of solutions and capabilities in the context of the business strategy to create the most value and impact at the business level.

Provide a means and process for measurement of current levels of readiness

Determine and implement measurement of success criteria and business impact.


Required Experience, Expertise, and Performance Characteristics

3-5 years business experience working in a large, global organization (5 in a Business Readiness, Talent Development or Consulting role)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, advanced degree a plus

Experience supporting a highly technical, skilled sales force

Advanced consulting skills, with a proven ability to be effective in a highly matrixed environment

Experience in coordinating global projects and vendor integration

Demonstrated experience creating engaging and immersive business simulations for development purposes.

Excellent strategic, conceptual, and critical thinking skills

Demonstrated prowess in negotiating and influencing

Proven analytical capability in conducting performance analysis

Demonstrated change management skills

Promoter of collaboration, relationship building, teaming, constructive confrontation and innovation

Highly evolved communicator who is action oriented, creative, and courageous
