JOB SUMMARY The Onsite Wellbeing Coordinator (Client Account Support Specialist), will work closely with the Cigna Account Management Team and Customer in executing the organizations wellbeing and health management goals. The primary focus of the role is health promotion for the working well population of employees. Workplace strategy in partnership with customer Benefits team. - Partner with customer for development of overall planning and strategy - Identify organization goals and workforce risks. - Collaborate on tactics to bring the strategy alive. - Maintain activity calendar of events and activities - Wellness Campaigns and Events - Facilitate health related group activities among population over a defined time period (walking groups, weight loss support groups, etc) - Focus campaigns and challenges on lifestyle habit change/improvement - Facilitate coordination of wellbeing event/fair - Assist with coordination of activities, biometrics, online Healt Qualifications - Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in health and wellness field preferred - Industry Certification such as CHES or worksite wellness program preferred - Bachelors degree in health education, health promotion, or related field preferred - Experience with workplace wellbeing strategy and implementation - Experience with design of workplace infrastructure and engagement solutions - Experience with direct member communication (written and verbal) - Experience conducting educational presentations - Experience working with wellness and health data to identify trends, risks and program results - Experience with Union wellness engagement preferred - Self-directness and the ability to succeed in an independent role - Strong organizational skills - Strong project management skills - H.S. Diploma/GED required
